For those who are more sensitive to noise, we provide earplugs. *AIR CONDITIONING & COMFORT* The apartment is equipped with a high capacity air conditioning system covering the common areas – living room, dining room, kitchen and hallways – which ensures a pleasant temperature on hot days. For better air circulation throughout the accommodation, we recommend that you leave the bedroom doors open and/or use the fan (ceiling or standing) available in each room. *WORK IN ONE OF THE BUILDING 'S HOMES * From January 5 to 30, 2026, work will be carried out in one of the apartments adjacent to your accommodation. We're redoing a bathroom here. You might hear building noises during the day during this time. If it's inconvenient for you, earplugs are available in the listing. *SNOW REMOVAL* In winter, please note that our snow removal companies wait for an accumulation of 5 cm of snow before sending their teams to clear the path. Please make sure this allows you to move a stroller or walk in light snow. Please note that the stairs are inside the building.
