For good airflow throughout the space, we recommend leaving the bedroom doors open and/or using the ceiling fan or standing fan provided in each bedroom. We’ve organized the airflow in this simple setup to keep the space comfortable day and night. However, importantly consider your personal preferences for cooling as the unit does not have central air. *SOFA-BED* Please note that, generally, sofa bed mattresses are designed to fold into the frame and are therefore thinner than standard mattresses (typically around 4–5 inches thick). While suitable for occasional use, comfort levels may differ from a traditional bed mattress. We recommend assigning the sofa bed to guests who are most comfortable with this type of sleeping arrangement. Guests sensitive to sleep comfort may prefer the primary beds. *SNOW REMOVAL* During winter, please be aware that our snow removal companies wait for 5 cm of snowfall to accumulate before dispatching their teams to clear the path. Please consider whether this is manageable for you to move a stroller or walk through light snow. Note that the staircases are inside the building. Generally, they will wait until the end of a precipitation to clear the snow only once. A shovel will be available on site. *SUPPLIES* This is a self-catered stay: we provide a starter supply of toiletries, paper products, and cleaning basics for a short stay, but we do not restock these during your stay.
