Enjoy a peaceful, quiet atmosphere knowing that you are just minutes from the local wine trail/ breweries, Forge, Atwater, Hazlitt, Two Goats Brewing, and many more! While enjoying a cup of coffee, guests can take in a quiet and tranquil morning, all while being just 10 min from Watkins Glen, 2 miles from the Nat'l Forest and 1 mile from the closest winery! Stay connected with our wifi, or just relax by the fire! The space If you've ever wondered what it's like live in a tiny house on wheels, then this is definitely a space for you! Though the space is tiny, we've got all of the amenities to make your stay great! The house has a newly built deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, glass of wine, the table top firepit, and enjoy the views. Your "yard" will include the tiny house with a privacy wall, a fenced in yard, and the property that leads up to the road, on your side of the driveway; about 1 acre in size. Our road is wonderfully flat and plenty of people use it for their morning walks! UPGRADES: Fenced in yard for doggos to enjoy! New QUEEN sized bed! New deck furniture! Guest access You'll have the entire tiny house to yourself during your stay. You may have guests visit, but there will be an additional fee if they stay the night. Other things to note The tiny house is dog friendly for two dogs and does not allow cats. Our property is ever evolving and currently we have dirt and stone piles at the entrance of the property. We just added a packing layer of stone to the driveway and once it settles, we will add top stone so please don't mind it's current state! We know it's a little unsightly, and we plan on making it part of our huge landscaping project soon enough! We are CHORE-FREE! No chore list upon checkout. You do not have to vacuum, take out the trash (unless it's full and you want it out of your way), or strip the beds. We provide light cleaning materials in case there's a spill.
