Les Bosquets

In a green setting, 15 minutes from Laval and 10 minutes from the A81 highway exit 4, the "Les Bosquets" outbuilding is located in a private property in the heart of the village of Saint Ouen des Toits. You can walk to the village shops and services (bakery, supermarket, bar, restaurant, post office, hairdresser, bread and pizza distributors, pond, petanque court). The space The "Les Bosquets" accommodation, renovated in 2022, is composed of: - on the ground floor, a living area of 18 m² equipped on the kitchen side (fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, induction cooktop, dishwasher, all the utensils to make good meals) on the living room side (non-convertible sofa 120 cm, round table with 4 chairs, TV, free Wi-Fi) and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. - upstairs, two bedrooms (one 12 m² with 160 cm bed, the other 10 m² with 140 cm bed) and a toilet area with washing machine We provide linens (sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels) and, if necessary, the essentials for small children (baby cot and high chair). Guest access Guests can stroll outside in a private area with children's games, a swing and a garden table. A key box is available outside to access the accommodation.
