Guest access Guests will have access to the main home. There is an owner's apartment over the garage with a separate entrance in which my mother, who helps operate the BnB, lives. You can access the home through the front door. Other things to note My mother, Dolly, who helps me operate this business, lives in the owner's apartment above the garage, which is a separate unit and has a completely separate entrance. She will never be in your portion of the home. You may see her walking on the shared walkway or driveway or entering the garage to take out the garbage cans on trash day.
