Cheerful 3 Bedroom home

My home is 2 story house with a finished basement located in the beautiful northwest part of Colorado Springs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I am pet friendly. Guests must book a 30 night minimum due to HOA regulations. The home is shared with the homeowner, but usually not present due to long work assignments (weeks or months at a time). The master bedroom is off limits, but the rest of home is yours to enjoy. The space Guests will have the entire finished basement and an upstairs bedroom to themselves along with 2 full private bathrooms. I am pet friendly and have a big fenced in backyard. Guest access Guests will have the upstairs bedroom and bathroom to themselves along with the entire basement. The main level is shared space. The master bedroom and office on the upper level are off limits.
