The space Villa of 148 m2 comprising 4 bedrooms or 8/10 beds, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a back kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave and an American fridge ( ice and cold water), a beer puller, a large dining room, a TV area and a library. In the garden you will find a barbecue area,plancha, a relaxation area with 3 hammocks and 1 swing and an unheated and fenced swimming pool of 10m by 4.5m is accessible from May to September. Renovation work has been initiated, central heating with granules, coatings, paintings... the windows will be transformed into double glazing soon. There are still soundproofing work to be done. 16 km from the center Parc "Landes de Gascogne" and 9 km from the terms of Casteljaloux, The villa is in the countryside but close to shops which are 8 km. The Canal de Garonne and cycling trails are very close too. Starry sky lovers will be delighted to be able to count poolside stars. Our furry friends may be able to enjoy the stay after a contact.
