My house is old but homely. ●My home is quiet but your welcome to make it ebullient. ●9 miles from Fayetteville Airport ●2.3 miles from Cape Fear Hospital ●5 miles from Highsmith Rainey Hospital ●10 miles from Womack Army Hospital ●PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES! ●Home is shared with owner and other guest. ●Seasonings, pots, and cooking utensils are available for cooks. You need to provide you own cooking oil. ●Fire extinguisher end of hall and at garage door. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK MAILBOX, CARS WILL BE TOWED. NO CHILDREN, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Guest access Access to kitchen, washer and dryer (garage). Please do not go into other rooms or closets, only your booked room and the area mentioned above! All bedrooms have keypads, but unoccupied rooms are left open There is no reason to use or go into bathroom in the hallway. During your stay Communication can be done by Airbnb messaging or in person. If there are any questions or concern, please inform me asap. Urgent issues, please call. Other things to note Guest have use of kitchen and all appliances (crock pot, air fryer, rice cooker and much more) Wash/dry and put up your dishes you use! All areas are spray down with lysol after stay, hand sanitizer and tissue are available throughout the house. NO CHILDREN, NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Too many breakable items. DO NOT ASK! Please do not go into other rooms or closets!
