Pennyacre a double bed retreat in Kingskerwell

Take a break in this bungalow in Kingskerswell you will be staying in between the coast and the country. You will have 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom and access to the kitchen which you will be able to share with me. You can also have a peaceful and relaxing time in the garden. Also I have a small dog she is very friendly and loves to play and look forward to meet you, her name is Tiggy. The space In the bedroom is a comfortable double bed with hanging space and shelving. The bathroom is opposite the bedroom and has an accessible thermostatic shower over the bath with a shower screen. Continental breakfast will be provided in the kitchen and dining room which are adjoining. The dining table will be available for working if needed. Guest access The access for guests will be through the front door into the hallway, the bedroom bathroom and kitchen are all off the hallway. If they wish to access the garden they can do through the back door. Other things to note The dog will usually bark when you first come into the house but should soon settle, please take care not to leave the front door or gates open.
