All bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Two bedrooms share a bath (Jack & Jill) and the primary bedroom has it's own en-suite bath. We have a piano for those music enthusiast, an outdoor pool and outdoor dining table & lounge chairs. There is a designated desk /writing space. TV available in primary bedroom and family room. The living room has a queen size pull out sofa bed and additional seating area. A queen size folding mattress and a queen size inflatable mattress are also available. Please note this is a desert area, critters, scorpions, and snakes can be seen in the area. Keep all doors closed. Also, when temperatures outside are in the 90s or higher, our AC unit keep keep the house 12-15 degrees cooler than the outside. Please keep this in mind. We also have ceiling fans in every bedroom but it is the desert and summers get very warm. Pets allowed with extra fee. Main door is set up for contactless keypad access. The keyless/ contactless keypad can be tricky, if you attempt the code 3 times and it doesn't open, please contact us. A reset of the code might be needed. Our kitchen is fully set up and spices are available for your use. Please do not stain or lose or we will charge $20 per towel to replace. We provide dark towels for make up removal. We provide Beach towels. Lost towels will be charged at an additional $20 per towel. Our cleaning team inventories items before check in and after check out.
