The location is just on the edge of Hilltown village which has a wide range of local amenities including shops, bars and an off-licence, restaurants and a chemist. 10 minute drive to Mourne Mountains. The space The property is semi-detached with our main dwelling and is fully self-contained and private. Very spacious rooms throughout with lots of natural light. Main bedroom has an en-suite whilst the main bathroom has a walk in shower. 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds. Level access throughout with all rooms on the ground floor. Very homely, large living room overlooking landscaped front gardens and driveway and has a TV, very comfortable and cosy seating with a small library of books. Kitchen and dining area has an informal sitting area which opens through double, fully glazed french doors to the south facing courtyard which has patio seating and a bar-b-que area. Surrounding large garden great for childrens play space. The property is in excellent decorative order throughout with a full range of amenities and everything you need for a fantastic self-catering holiday. We have a small and very friendly cocker spaniel who is very inquisitive and likes to visit our gusts (outside of course). However if you prefer we can ensure she does not visit. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to all parts of the house for the duration of their stay as well as the use of large front garden and rear patio area. All guests are very welcome to walk around all of the garden area (the rear garden is used by ourselves but everyone is welcome).
