The apartment has hardwood floors, with comfortable furnishings and lots of books. The living/common area has a desk for remote work. The deep backyard gardens serve as a Monarch Waystation. The property meets the inspection and licensing requirements of the City of Lawrence for Short-Term Residential Rental Property. The property also offers one of Barker Avenue's deep back yards (not fenced) with patio table/umbrella and chairs, and gardens. Other things to note The large back yard green is suited for Bocce Ball, Croquet, and Frisbee. Equipment is stored in garage. Just ask hosts for access.
