The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (with expandable kitchen table); a large living/common room, with a Queen size sofa bed; a bed room with a Queen bed, closet, and dressers; and a full bath, with tub and shower. The apartment has hardwood floors, with comfortable furnishings and lots of books. The living/common area has a desk for remote work. The deep backyard gardens serve as a Monarch Waystation. The property meets the inspection and licensing requirements of the City of Lawrence for Short-Term Residential Rental Property. (License # STR-20-00008) Guest access The space is the entire second floor apartment, with a private, exterior entrance and off street parking. The property also offers one of Barker Avenue's deep back yards (not fenced) with patio table/umbrella and chairs, and gardens. Other things to note The large back yard green is suited for Bocce Ball, Croquet, and Frisbee. Equipment is stored in garage. Just ask hosts for access. Due to family allergies, we are unable to accommodate cats.
