The space This modern tiny house is a perfect mix of convenience and nature. This 208 sq ft house has it all with a full kitchen and full bath, WiFi, Smart TV and AC. Nearby to the tiny house, you can enjoy a campfire, hike a short forest trail to our creek, or gaze at the breathtaking starry sky. You might also happen across deer and wild turkey that frequent our property. The water at the tiny house is fed by a filtered and tested natural spring located on the property. Located minutes from the highway for convenient access to both city and nature. To the north, you'll encounter Hendersonville just 15 minutes away for easy grocery, restaurants, shopping and more. This stay is located just 40 minutes to Asheville, 15 minutes to historic Saluda, 2 hours to the Smokey Mountain National Park, and 45 minutes to Greenville, SC. we are located just minutes from a number of summer camps. Take a drive on the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway to experience the changing fall colors, or take a hike to nearby natural waterfalls. Outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers will feel at home. Guest access Enjoy the private tiny house, forest and outdoor spaces near the tiny house. Our main house is located further up on the hill which is not included in this booking. Other things to note The main sleeping area is located in a loft with steep stair / ladder-like access, so this house is NOT handicap accessible. Handrails are included for easy access to the loft. If you are uncomfortable sleeping in the loft or if you want some extra space, we've included a single size futon on the main level. There is a short drive (about 500ft) on a gravel road to access the property, turning into a paved driveway once the hill becomes steeper. 4 wheel drive is not required. While some cell phone carriers may not get reception, you can stay connected by turning on WiFi calling in your phone settings which allows typical phone activity (calls and messages) to go through the internet when no reception is available.
