The basement is heated by heated floors as well as all bathrooms for the greatest comfort! Air conditioning for the summer season too! The entire ground floor is open plan, perfect for family gatherings or friends! Large living room with gas fireplace and stone fireplace over 22 feet high will allow you to gather around and warm up after a beautiful day of skiing or spending time outdoors or even after a beautiful day at the beach! 2x Smart TV, Netflix, WIFI Internet will be available to you. The kitchen with its majestic 10-foot island can accommodate up to 7 people seated. There are two sinks, one in the main counter and one in the island. The kitchen is very well equipped and offers 2 coffee machines (filter coffee and a Nespresso machine) as well as everything you need for your meals in a large group (2 fondue dishes, raclette oven, mixer, kettle, complete cookware set, dish and stove, BBQ on the terrace etc.) Adjacent to the kitchen and living room you will find a pool table for the enjoyment of several as well as several board games.
