A Historic Chicago Duplex Apartment! The space Please be advised that unauthorized parties, events, gatherings, or functions are not allowed without permission from the hosts. This is a second floor apartment. Tenants live in the first floor apartment and we want all occupants to have peaceful living quarters. We do not expect you to walk on egg shells, but we do ask that you will be mindful of noise levels. Come relax with your group in a historic Chicago 2-flat/duplex style apartment building! This is a second floor apartment with around 20 steps. You will have access to a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and available workspace. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. All bedrooms have blackout curtains installed. Guests will have access to WI-FI, outdoor balcony, fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, complimentary refreshments, dishwasher, utensils, and cookware. We offer early check in/late check based on availability. We offer comfortable bedding and towels. No cheap and flimsy linens! We also take great pride in making sure the place is clean, tidy, and free of clutter. We also do not have ridiculous chore lists! Just read the reviews to see for yourself! We are located on a quiet block with ample street parking. We are 20 minutes from Midway Airport and 45 minutes from O’Hare Airport. We are 15-20 minutes from downtown Chicago, Lake Michigan, Soldier Field, the museums, and the Magnificent Mile. We are happy to provide recommendations for tourism, food, nightlife, or anything else that may interest you! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire second floor of the building. Other things to note Please note the apartment is on the second floor. There are no parties/events/loud music allowed. There is no smoking allowed inside the unit; there is an outdoor area outback for smoking. There are occupants on the first floor and we ask that guests please be mindful of excessive noise and limit children running through the house.
