Located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood between Blowing Rock and Boone, it is close to everything - 2 minutes off the Blue Ridge Parkway & 13 minutes from Appalachian Ski Mountain, it really is the perfect location. Looking to hike, bike, ski, fish, visit Tweetsie, or just relax around the firepit? Look no further. The space This is a recently remodeled 1,200 sq/ft guest suite with a private entrance and long range views of Grandfather Mountain. There are 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a sitting area and lovely views from the dining room table make this the perfect base camp to enjoy the High Country. Light and bright with windows throughout, it has 10 foot ceilings in the main living area and kitchen. The apartment is below our main residence, but the back driveway provides direct access to the private entrance. The outdoor space provides additional outdoor seating along with a firepit that guests are welcome to use. Outfitted with everything you will need to have a relaxing visit to Boone, Blowing Rock and the surrounding area. Guest access You will have the space all to yourself. The private entrance has a keypad entry. There is a separate driveway that only our guests use.
