Your family will be close to Beaver Creek (5 min) and Vail (8 min) when you stay at our condo. There are two bedrooms 3 beds ( 1 single, double, queen) and futon, plus loft area. We have 2 full baths, 2 porches (1st floor and 2nd floor), a full kitchen, ski locker, 1 parking spots (2nd parking spot possible), and 2 HOT TUBS (pool in summer). FREE shuttles to Vail and to Beaver Creek right in front of our complex! Our condo is very cozy, comfortable, clean, affordable, and PRACTICAL. The space We have the master bedroom and converted loft into 2nd bedroom. Two full baths. Brand new appliances (brand new washer and drier 2025), coffee maker, keurig machine, and two beautiful porches with views and sounds of the Eagle River. Wood burning Fireplace is not allowed for our guests for safety reasons! Electric insert is in fireplace for our guests. There is a grill on pool deck for our guests. Only 1 throw blanket will be provided! With our Sun River unit, you will experience clean, cozy, comfort, affordable, and practical. Parking for 1 car. Guest access Entire condo will be yours to use. Fireplace is not allowed for safety reasons. Only 1 throw blanket will be provided. Feel free to purchase more at Walmart. Other things to note This is a family-friendly complex. No excessive music or noise allowed. Parking for 1 vehicle. 2nd car will need to pay for parking. Eagle-Vail is a perfect location to Vail, Avon, and Beaver Creek. There is a Shop-n-Hop convenient store across the street for all quickly needed food and drink items. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed in unit AND no smoking in all common areas on property. There is no air conditioning, which is very typical for most places in the mountains with the cool temps. You will also have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to access our condo. There is one throw blanket that will be provided. Extra Walmart blankets cost $5 which is 1/2 mile away. Fireplace is not allowed to be used for safety reasons. We are across the street from the Championship Eagle Vail Golf Course.
