Guest house with rural location in beautiful Österlen!

We are located 160 m above sea level and surrounded by Grevlunda hills' fantastic and scenic surroundings. Hjulahus location is peaceful and the rolling landscape is beautiful all year round. Here you have a downhill slope all the way down to the sea… The guest house is located on our small farm. Newly renovated on two floors, about 50 m2, sleeping places for five, fully equipped kitchen and private patio. Hang out in the green grass, barbecue, play boule or read a book in the orangery. Only 15 minutes to amazing beaches and many good restaurants! The space The entrance floor has a combined kitchen and dining area. Beautiful wooden floors with underfloor heating, nice ceiling height and a generous light. The equipment consists of stove, fan, fridge/freezer and dining area for five people. There is a bedroom with two single beds and a dresser for storage. Next to the bedroom is the entrance to the fully tiled shower/toilet with sink, mirror cabinet, underfloor heating and hand and ceiling shower. The green staircase takes you up to the upper floor. We come up in an open-plan room with sloping ceilings, visible ceiling beams and a lovely gable window with nice views. Up here, there are tables with seats, TV (Chromecast), a double bed (180 cm) and a single bed. Sit down with a book in the rocking chair, play board games or get a good night's sleep. For storage, there is a chest of drawers as well as hooks and hangers. Bed linen, shower and towel terrycloth are available to rent if desired. Please let us know before arrival. Guest access The guest house has its own patio with barbecue and guests also have access to a greenhouse/orangery, which is located right next door. Settle in under the vines, eat a good dinner and light candles when evening comes. Enjoy the countryside and the quiet. Large lawn outside that can also be used to play kubb, croquet or other (sometimes we may also run by there to water, feed rabbits and chickens). At our farms, there is also a newly built boule court that we are happy to lend out along with balls and game rules. In the summer, the cows walk just below the guest house, so bring a chair and a cup of coffee down to the cow pasture, a cow for the coffee is quite cozy! Other things to note We who live on the farm are two adults and two children (7 and 9 years). We have a lovely little bunch of animals, 1 dog, two cats, three rabbits and 9 chickens. Happy and curious animals that are used to children! You are welcome to pet and cuddle the dog, cats and rabbits! In the nearby pastures, cows and sometimes even the neighbor's sheep graze during the summer. If desired, you can buy eggs and vegetables that we grow naturally on the farm. There is also the option to buy a breakfast basket or picnic basket for the boules game! There is a trampoline, soccer goals, swings and some toys that visiting children are welcome to play with (at their own risk, we are not responsible for injuries in connection with jumping and playing). Dogs are welcome! But we prefer that they be on a leash on the farm because we often have chickens loose and cats moving around everywhere.
