The Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway 500 yards from the lovely sandy beaches of Frinton-On-Sea. This location is on the high street close to everything. It is highly appointed with Fine Quality Danish Furniture, Danish Lighting and more items from Great Danes (our shop below the flat) We aim for it to be a showroom and are looking for guests that appreciate quality. The Studio is available for up to 2 people (sharing 1 bed) that can climb the 20 Steep Steps to the flat. The space The space was renovated from Feb - June 2022 - new ceilings, floors, plumbing, electrics etc.. It's a single room studio with a bathroom (shower / bath) and a small kitchen area. The space is used as a showroom for products from Great Danes. As a result the space will change with new additions and other GREAT things we have on offer downstairs. Our 1 room studio, with one bed for 2 people, with a full bath and full kitchen is ideal for time at the seaside enjoying Frinton On Sea. In January 2024 we did some touch up painting - we've had GREAT guests that look after our Studio - Thank you! Guest access Access to the entire Flat - private entrance. Parking space behind the building is available at no extra cost. Other things to note This early 1900 build has steep stairs with 20 steps - so you'll need to be able to climb comfortably. If you're taller that 6'6 this flat is probably too small for you.
