Open the front door and you'll feel like you have escaped to your very own French Villa! The modern 2 storey light filled space immediately welcomes you with its homely decor, lush rural views & ocean glimpses from the deck. Take a walk along our country lane, enjoy the fresh, clean air from the rainforest, a game of tennis, or snuggle up in front of the cosy fireplace, the choice is yours! The separate library room is a great extra space if you need it as an office or reading room. The space Enter on the ground floor which has 1 King Size Bedroom, bathroom and office/library space. A foyer area also has a hideaway laundry. A staircase takes you to the upstairs level where you will feel spoilt with large comfy sofa and armchairs to enjoy the sprawling rural views and ocean glimpses all whilst snuggled up next to the fireplace. There is a designated dining area and kitchenette area also. Guest access Only the villa, it's entry pathway and car space can be accessed by guests. The owners live in the main house located on the same property next to the villa in a separate space. Complete privacy in the villa is enjoyed as the villa is a stand alone building and the design is such that the views are not looking onto neighbouring homes. Other things to note We offer our villa to a maximum of 2 people only, no children or pets. However is special circumstances we can accept small dogs if non hair dropping breed, but discussion with owners is required first.
