Backyard tiny house/guest house fits 2 adults comfortably. Equipped with small kitchenette, queen bed, WIFI, and private bathroom. Kitchenette has mini fridge, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, and silverware/dishware. Snack items and assorted k-cups provided. Spacious and fully fenced back yard containing private hot tub, propane grill, fire pit/propane fire table. We do not host long term stays. We do have a one-time pet fee of $50 (dogs only please). The space Private, clean, and quiet space with A/C and heat. Simple, small studio equipped with everything you need for a short stay whether it be for a business trip or vacation. This is a great inexpensive home base to explore Baltimore and the surrounding area. We are happy to assist with anything you might need! We have chickens enclosed in a pen in the yard. Please be aware there are steep stairs/a steep driveway entrance to the property and there are a few small steps into the cabin. Both sets of stairs have a hand rail. Guest access Full access to property including private external entrance to guest house and access to entire enclosed yard with amenities as listed. Other things to note We built this ourselves.
