This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Other things to note Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate. Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay. The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled. You will be welcomed by a Service Coordinator upon your arrival. The trash, recycling, and organics bins are located in the concrete enclosure near the curb in front of the home. The HOA handles trash day, including putting the bins out for pickup and returning them afterward, so you don’t need to place anything on the curb. Please just place tied trash bags into the appropriate bins inside the enclosure. At checkout, if you have time, we’d appreciate it if you could strip the beds you used and place the bedding in the laundry baskets provided in each room.
