Guest access The Vinnie is located on the second floor of a three-story building and is equipped for two adult guests; for a getaway with friends, a slightly smaller upstairs unit, Ernie, is also available for rental. Either is an ideal location for a relaxing getaway; the bride preparing for a downtown Manteo wedding; music lovers in town for the Bluegrass Festival or a concert at Festival Park; holiday travelers looking for that 'Hallmark Christmas' feeling; or visitors looking to extend an Outer Banks vacation. Upon check-in, we will send you a 4 digit entry code to unlock the touch screen keypad. Parking is available for guests of Vinnie on-the-street or in a reserved spot in the lot right across Sir Walter Raleigh Street beside Ortegaz restaurant. There will be signage on the space for Vinnie guests. Manteo also features plenty of free on-the-street parking. Other things to note Vinnie has been designed and outfitted for two and only two adults. Unfortunately, we cannot make accommodations for extra guests, children or pets. We do also offer another 2-person unit, the Ernie, which is on the third floor of the building.
