We now offer pickleball rackets and balls! 🛝 Nearby Lakeshore Park and Saybrook Township Park (more kid activities) are great spots to pack a lunch and hang! 🎯 Now supplying outdoor games for 2025! Cornhole, Ladder ball, Giant Jenga and more! We just kindly ask that you return any games/toys to their designated home when finished! Thanks so much! ☆☆ Things to Note | House Rules ☆☆ • NO PETS are permitted. We have a firm HOA not allowing us to have pets at the rental • NO SMOKING of ANY kind is permitted on the entire premises(inside or outside). This means all forms legal or not including vaping • NO OUTSIDE GUESTS/VISITORS are permitted without 24 hour approval. Please be sure to include an accurate guest count when booking • NO PARTIES OR EVENTS of any kind are permitted at our property – This is a residential condo with neighbors so please be respectful of this • Main living is located on the 2nd floor via stairs so therefore we are not handicap accessible • While we are family friendly, we are not suitable for young toddlers as we do not offer secured baby gates for stairs. • Quiet Hours are from 10pm – 8am • Garage closets are off limits • Guests must be over 25 years of age to book due to HOA requirements • The guest booking must be present during the entire stay, no booking for others Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns before booking. This includes, but is not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, and vaping. We ask that you please be respectful of this. 🚘⚡️ Now featuring an EV charging station! This charger is a Tesla J1772 Wall Connector(Level 2-240V) that is capable of charging both Tesla and other non-Tesla EV vehicles. NOTE: ** You must provide your own adaptor including Tesla owners(SAE J1772). Please check your vehicle's compatibility with this specific wall charger. We are not responsible for any damages to your vehicle or persons.** ❄️ Our patios are "winterized" during the cold and snowy months. Typically ranging from late October-April. Access to the patio furniture may be limited during these times and are open during the warmer months. ☀️ Summer is a busy season for the Ashtabula Harbor and surrounding areas with many adventures, shops, and restaurants in full swing. During fall and winter seasons, some attractions and restaurants do limit their hours or close completely so please plan your adventures in advance so you may have the best experience! 🚕 There is NOT a strong Uber or Lyft presence in the area. There are available shuttle services, taxis, + private vehicle services to visit nearby wineries and other local attractions. We strongly suggest booking these services prior to your stay as they fill quickly in summer months. 🧳 Please use caution when bringing luggage upstairs. Do not drag/wheel suitcases up the stairs as it causes damage. Thank you!
