2 skytrains, Lougheed & SFU

Quiet neighborhood and close to everything --2 skytrain stations, Lougheed town center, Walmart, Mcdonalds, 24 hour gym, and many others (8 mins to the beach park). This is a guest suite within our main house. It has its own 2 bedrooms, a small living room, and a private bathroom. Please be noticed this guest unit shares the main entrance with the main house, as well as the kitchen. But almost all the guests feel it is quite private. All the rooms are central aired and floor heated. The space There unit has two good size bedrooms. During your stay We are at home most time; but we will not bother you unless you need any assistance or help. Other things to note Please do not use the washer & Dryer between 9pm~9am. Thank you!
