Also provides convenient access to the top schools in the metropolis, hotels, malls, supermarkets, convenient stores, restaurants, cinemas, etc. My place is good for families and can accommodate 2 guests. The space 1 Bedroom condo unit is fully furnished unit with 1 bathroom, a kitchen room, washer & dryer in the laundry room, Cable TV, Wi-fi and 1 basement parking slot (with PAY). Everything you need to enjoy your stay in the country just right across NAIA Terminal 3 with access to various restaurants, supermarkets, cinema and nightlife. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, pots and pans, plates, cups, and utensils. The bathroom has single point water heater There are 1 queen bed and floor mattress that can accommodate 2 guests. We do not encourage having more than 2 guests. Guest access Swimming pool is allowed for a maximum of 4 guests only. Every WEDNESDAY no access to swimming pool for maintenance purposes. Tennis court is available subject to advance reservations. Fitness Center in Pinecrest is also free of charge during your stay. Other things to note For smooth check-in, we have to ask for a copy of your Valid ID to arrange your condo access. Early check-in before 2pm and/or late check-out after 12noon has additional charge of Php200/hr. (Subject to unit availability)
