Downstairs features two bedrooms and one bath, a den with a pull-out queen sofa bed, and an amazing spacious side yard with outdoor shower. Upstairs features a spacious living room with a queen-sized pullout sofa, and a chef’s delight kitchen with Wolf appliances, Sub-Zero refrigerator, custom shelving, beautiful shaker cabinets, Carrera marble counters. The warm and inviting primary bedroom is also on the second level and features woven light wood blinds, a ceiling fan, and a luxurious private en-suite bath with amazing tiled shower, dual sinks and custom built-ins. The primary bedroom leads to the over-the-top, spacious roof top deck that has beautiful ocean views, multiple seating and dining areas and a firepit. 8 person max, no pets and no smoking. Minimum stay of 3 nights over summer and summer holiday, 2 nights over winter, and 3 nights for winter holiday. The home will be delivered to the occupant in a professionally cleaned condition. The property is professionally deep cleaned after every stay, and we're taking extra care to disinfect high touch areas between stays. We are implementing all the cleaning guidelines provided to us by the CDC.
