Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. In the beautiful south of Munich, you will find this studio in the district of Deisenhofen. Surrounded by green open spaces, you are 20 minutes by car via highway to the center. Within walking distance (10 min) there is the S-Bahn & regional train and (via e.g. Hacker Bridge / Oktoberfest, Marienplatz, Central Station). The apartment has a kitchen, double box spring bed, bathroom, optional sauna (surcharge), Wi-Fi, smart TV, workstation / table. The space Granny apartment as a studio apartment with private entrance in the basement of a detached house. Parking is available in front of the main entrance. The studio will be handed over neatly, cleanly and in a well-maintained condition - we like to share it with guests who appreciate it. Unfortunately, we have already had the experience that the apartment was left messy, dirty and poorly maintained. If you don't want to treat an Airbnb apartment like your own and don't want to leave furniture, bathrooms and kitchens with accessories clean - this is not the right apartment ad for you. If you share our attitude: The apartment has a kitchenette with natural countertop with fridge, microwave, stove top and sink. Tap water is purified by a mineral filter system so that it can be used for cooking and drinking. A Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and kettle are available. WiFi is available for guests. TV with Apple TV and Netflix is preset. Underfloor heating, real wood parquet, natural materials, sustainable wall colors support a healthy indoor climate. Cherry wood table with four antique farmhouse chairs, box-spring bed with additional topper (200 cm x 140 cm) dressers and storage space for clothes (see pictures). Bathroom with underfloor heating, toilet and walk-in shower complete the offer. Shower and care products are available. Note: Please ventilate briefly after showering. By arrangement, the sauna may be available (currently this is still being readjusted and new technology is being installed). We are relatively new to Airbnb and want to make sure our guests have a wonderful stay. If something is missing - just ask and we'll see how we can help.
