Stunning Ocean View -Luxury Resort on Medano beach

Welcome to Villa La Estancia, and the breathtaking beauty of Lands End, located in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico, 30 minutes from SJD Airport. La Estancia is on Medano Beach, overlooking the Sea of Cortez, and offers the only swimmable beach in Cabo. It is located directly in front of the famous Arch and Lovers Beach. Estancia is a full ownership community, with the luxury of a 5 star resort. The space Villa 2705 offers 2166 square feet of living space, a 484 square foot terrace, and all of the features of a 5 star resort. It's on the 7th floor, has Water views from every room, and is just steps from the elevator. With wrought iron gates, and an Hacienda style entryway, our unit is a 2 Bedroom, with an extra sofa bed in the main living room area. One bedroom has a king size bed, the other bedroom two queen beds. It sleeps 8 people, offers a non smoking environment, and the premium bedding, and cotton linens invite a good night's sleep. Both bedrooms have large closets, dressing areas, flat screen televisions, and telephones. Each has an electronic security box, and the guest programs the code. The Master bath features a jetted tub, separate shower, dressing table, and double sinks, with the second bedroom having it's own ensuite as well. There is a third bathroom with a shower, adjacent to the living and dining area. The main great room, and dining room has travertine marble floors, 10 foot ceilings, solid maple entry doors, zoned air conditioning and a ceiling fan. It has been updated with new furniture and mattresses, and has a 42' Flat Panel HDTV, with Blu-Ray DVD. The large furnished terrace includes a wet bar, and has three ceiling fans. Our full chef's kitchen was recently upgraded with granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, and the area features Wal Mart, Sams and Costco for stocking it up. It is equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and small appliances. There is also a large food pantry, and washer/dryer closet. If you have a rental car, parking is free in the 24 hour security underground parking garage. Maid service is every other day.
