Enjoy Bonn and the surrounding area from Holzlar. We have transformed our guest apartment into a cozy room with an exclusive bathroom. The advantages: - Bonn city center (6 km), Siegburg (8 km) & Cologne/Bonn Airport (21 km) quickly accessible - Bus stops a minute's walk away, 25 minutes to Bonn city center - Supermarkets, bakeries, butchers close by - Hiking trails, forest directly on site The space You will find a nice room full of amenities: bright and spacious, 1.4 m bed with comfy mattress, armchair, work corner, mirror, wardrobe, smart TV with cable connection. The minibar with mini fridge, toaster, kettle, tea and coffee allows you to have a refreshment in summer, a coffee time or an energy breakfast at any time. We do offer dishes and cutlery on request. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is yours alone. Please note: the room is close to a side street, during the day there is some traffic noise. But the room itself is well insulated with shutters and the bus stop is right around the corner. Just a note if you are sensitive to noise :) You share the hallway with us, but we only use it sporadically. The kettle grill on the terrace invites you to grill and smoke :) Other things to note The price includes the 7% accommodation tax (city tax) levied by the City of Bonn (as of January 2026).
