I am offering a spacious private room attached with private bath and kitchen with independent entrance. The room has a queen bed with night stand and dresser. The house is located 30 mins from Baltimore and 45 mins from Washington DC. University of Maryland College park campus is 25 min drive. University of Maryland Baltimore campus is 20 mins drive. Superstores are 5-7 min drive. Mac, burger King's and other food stores are also 5-7 mins drive. Please check house manual before reservation. The space Independent kitchen and entrance. Guest access Kitchen, and backyard During your stay I would prefer email. After reservation confirmation I will share cell phone number. Other things to note Note to guests: As I said it's a private unit in my living residence. We are Muslim. Every early morning we pray so there will be toilet flush noise. I have a son who watch TV sometimes in the living room adjacent to the unit. So the guest may notice sounds/noise. Sometimes my personal guests come to visit us with kids. So, there will be noise at that time. You don't have to so quiet at day time. Some guests thinks we ask guests to keep quiet. Guests are allowed to stay comfortable. In fact, when guest talks we feel comfortable that my guests are comfortable. Day time of weekend is a bit noisy from our side. Although we try to stay quiet. We watch movies in the Friday and Saturday night. No loud volume though. So, the guest might notice a bit noise from our side. Guests are always welcome to notify me if they are not comfortable to anything. I will try to solve. Please read the house manual before reservation. If you are not comfortable with the above notes please don't reserve.
