Private studio that's perfect for a couple's getaway or for the solo traveler while exploring beautiful Colorado! The studio is detached from the main home. Conveniently located in the center of several shopping areas, the studio is located in a quiet neighborhood but within 5 mins to major stores like Target, Walmart, King Sooper, etc. Depending on if you want to stay local or venture to the city for a night out, Olde Town Arvada is 5 minutes away and downtown Denver is only 20 minutes away. The space ~~~~Indoor space~~~~ The studio has a queen-sized bed, full kitchen (electric range, refrigerator, and microwave), and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Please allow time for the water to get warm! The space has 32-inch Smart TV so that you can enjoy a relaxing night while in bed! Streaming services are not provided as many people have their own streaming services. Easy access to restaurants, cafes, and breweries! ~~~~Outdoor space~~~~ The outdoor space is in the backyard of house. It's shared with the tenants of the main property. The tenants do have cats. Please respect your temporary neighbors. Please latch the fence gate every time you enter and exit. ~~~~Check-in/Check-out time~~~~ Check-in: 4pm Check-out: 11am ~~~~Stays longer than 2 weeks~~~~ Guest(s) must agree to allow an additional cleaning halfway through their reservation if the reservation is longer than 2 weeks. This ensure that the property is being properly maintained and to avoid a longer-than-usual cleaning in between reservations. The host will request another cleaning fee once the guest coordinates a time that a cleaner can clean without any occupants in the property. Guest access Guests must access the backyard in order to reach the studio. Guests will be given a code to enter into the digital keypad. Other things to note FAQ: Q: Is smoking allowed? A: Please enjoy our patio if you’d like to smoke. No smoking in the house. Q: Is there parking? A: There is plenty of street parking. Street cleaning occurs on Mondays (on the closest side of property) and Tuesdays (across the street from the property). Q: What is the latest I can check in? A: With our electronic key access, you can check in at any hour without hassle.
