Brand new luxury carriage house in desire-able historic downtown neighborhood. Ideal for individual traveling for business or a couple but will sleep 5 for families with younger children. Very comfortable well-appointed king size bed, sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper, and twin bed is cleverly tucked into nook. Spa shower with excellent pressure. Our home is a safe space for folks from all minority/marginalized groups. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. The space 600 square foot open floor plan. Bathroom has a door and bedroom has a sizeable wall to separate from the living/kitchen zone. Small kitchen is well appointed with high end appliances (Smeg/Breville). Bathroom has luxurious spa-like shower. Use blackout shades to sleep in or wake up to the sunrise surrounded by old growth trees. Use of bicycles and infrared sauna available on request. Guest access Entire upper floor of back house is the garage apartment. Use of outdoor space on property may be available upon request at the discretion of host. Other things to note Plenty of parking available. Neighborhood is safe and secure.
