This studio home has been a dream of ours for a couple years, and after hard work, it has come true. It is beautiful new studio home. Large bathroom, full kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit. BBQ and fire-pit in your own private backyard. Nice patio to relax and enjoy the Colorado day. Near: - Red Rocks (15min drive) - Look out mountain (15min-20min drive) - Magill’s Ice Cream (5min drive) - Kingsoopers (5min drive) - Downtown Denver (20mindrive) Pets are allowed: limit 1 dog - NO smoking in unit. No exceptions. You may smoke outside with door shut. A $300 disinfecting fee will be charged if house smells like smoke. Security cameras in the Front Yard, Side of yard, and Back yard. Only on the outside, no cameras inside. Guest access Separate living area with private backyard with patio and firepit. Other things to note We are Not 420 friendly.
