Le Béchat, cottage close to Lake Vassivière

In an exceptional setting, close to the beautiful Lake Vassivière, come and discover our completely renovated gîte. Le Béchat can accommodate 8 to 10 people, it will seduce you with its services, its noble materials, as well as its environment, in a vast property surrounded by forests, meadows and rivers. Our alpacas, horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, rabbits, will delight young and old. Beautiful walks also await you in the woods and gardens of the property. The space The cottage, built in 2022, entirely made of local stones and wood, offers all the comforts and amenities conducive to a relaxing and shared stay. On the ground floor you will find a large living room of more than 60 m2 with open kitchen, living room, dining room, a laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as a toilet. Upstairs, the landing leads to 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms, two of which have a bathroom, showers, sinks and private toilets. The other two, separated by a small hallway, share the third bathroom, and separate toilets. All bedrooms come equipped with double beds that can be converted into two single beds upon request. We also offer cribs and the entire house is designed to ensure the safety of young people. A large net allows young and old to relax, read, play in peace. A large private terrace, with barbecue, allows you to eat outside while enjoying the views of nature and animals. Welcome to Béchat. Guest access The cottage is completely private, in close proximity to our historic family home, where we go from time to time. A small house that is also on the property is inhabited year-round. Other things to note The cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility, to whom we offer a suitable connecting room on the ground floor. This room is only reserved for people with disabilities. Pets are allowed only after validation by the owners.
