Two bedrooms up and two bedrooms down. Front and backyard fire features and entertaining areas along with flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms. Guest access Full house access. Other things to note Guest will be required to sign an additional contract with liability waiver and a copy of house rules. This will be provided within 48 hrs of booking so that you have time to cancel with a full refund if you do not agree with house rules.
