This community offers resort style amenities which include two stunning golf courses, a state of the art fitness center, multiple tennis courts, a beach entry lagoon style pool, casual poolside dining, and a full-service spa to name a few! Primary Bedroom The Primary bedroom features a King size bed, dresser, two walk-in closets, and a 43 inch Smart TV. The Primary bath includes a walk-in tile shower. Second Bedroom The Second bedroom features a Queen size bed with built-in clothing drawers. The room includes a 50 inch Smart TV. There is a door leading to a bathroom which also doubles as the hallway bathroom. Bathroom has a tub/shower combination and features double sinks! Third Bedroom This bedroom features a queen size bed and chair Living Room The Living Room has a 75 inch TV with a reclining leather couch and oversized reclining chair. Kitchen/Dining Room The Kitchen includes all new appliances and is fully equipped with all you will need for your stay. The Dining Room has a six piece set for your family to enjoy dinner around. Lanai Relax in the lanai on the six piece conversation set with views of the water and golf course. Pools- Smaller, quieter satellites pools walking distance from condo Main Pool 1 mile away Other: Washer and Dryer located in unit 4 Beach towels included/small cooler You will have access to the whole condo! We have someone on site that will meet you to go over any questions you may have about your stay and how to utilize your membership perks ! If maintenance or property manager need to get in unit we will give you 24 advance notice . 1 covered parking space and multiple guest spots. There is parking throughout the community. There are two smaller pools which are closer to the condo than the larger pool. That is a mile away. There is plenty of parking available there. Transfer fee for amenities $600 dollars as of May 1, 2023. Owner will split the cost -$300 each. Prices are subject to change per hoa policy. Guest will submit form and pay fee directly to Lakewood National Golf Club. Guest must submit form within 21 days of check in to ensure ample time for the transfer of amenities. If you fail to do so that is on you. Guests must spend at least $50.00 per month at dining facilities . Club house due to open June 2024 The membership is transferred to one guest in the reservation however you can have 3 guests with the member on golf course. ***Rates apply for golf cart fees. There is a golfing lottery system to play. Guests will be instructed on how to book tee times on the LWN website upon check in.
