Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and centrally-located accommodation. 15-20 min. to the central train station, Marienplatz and Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest). Great hostess who also lives in the apartment and has great tips. Wi-Fi and great connection. Dining options, supermarkets, beer gardens, parks all nearby. Spacious kitchen-living room, balcony and bathtub. The space Small fine room with floor lamp. As well as 2 shelves and the possibility to hang clothes on hangers. Large spacious kitchen where you can cook yourself (pans and pots as well as microwave available). There is a balcony to the courtyard. The apartment is lovingly and neatly furnished. The bathroom has a bathtub. In each room there is heating. P.S. Please do not simply book for third parties and tell me on site that a completely different person is coming - then ask me. I had this before you booked here if you booked for a friend or girlfriend. Guest access You will have your own room with a smaller and larger shelf. In the dressing room there is a yoga mat as well as kettlebell and some equipment to do home workouts which you are welcome to use. My room is private. You are welcome to use the other rooms. :) During your stay I live in the apartment myself and am on site. Even when I'm on the road, you can reach me easily. It's important to me that you feel comfortable. 🧡 Other things to note I live in the apartment myself and am on site. If you need anything, you also have a direct contact person there. Please note that you have rented a room and not the whole apartment for yourself. (My bedroom is private) I am told that I am very authentic and empathetic and have great sightseeing tips in stock that I can give you. :) You are welcome to do workouts in the dressing room and use the yoga mat and the available equipment. I make delicious tea and coffee in the morning. It is important to me that there are no shoes in the apartment and that you only smoke on the balcony if you smoke. We are not a party house, from 10:00 pm you turn the music down so as not to disturb the neighbors. 🙂
