The space This house is recently beautifully remodeled from top to bottom with lovely Lake Sammamish views from both levels to take in sunsets and wildlife. It has 3 Bedrooms, office and 3 bathrooms, in total 2160 Sq Ft. Main floor: - Bedroom 1 (w/ king bed and master en-suite bathroom) - Bedroom 2 (w/queen bed) - Dedicated work space w/ lake view high speed internet - Full bath - Chef kitchen - Formal dining room w/lake view - Modern living room w/lake view - Outdoor spaces with play structures and conversational set Lower floor: - Bedroom 3 (w/ 2 full beds and lake view) - Bathroom - Laundry room - Family room w/gaming area and upstrait piano Guest access We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM. Other things to note - To ensure the safety of our guests and home, we may require ID verification before check-in, and reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed. - Please make sure to indicate the accurate number of people who will be staying overnight. Base price is set for 4 people, additional guests will be charged for extra. Only registered guests are allowed for overnight stay. - NO SMOKING in the house, including the garage. NO PARTY. Please treat the house and the community with kindness and respect. Quiet time after 10pm. - Maximum 2 well trained pets(Dogs only) will be allowed during your stay. Pre-approval will be needed. Please correctly indicated the pet number in your reservation, and extra per stay cost will be applied automatically. All pets are not allowed to stay or to be on the bed and sofas . - As Seattle area can be rainy and muddy, no outdoor shoes are allowed inside the house. For your comfy, please pack indoor shoes for your trip. - Our garbage service will be on every Tuesday early morning. If you are staying on Monday night, kindly please help us to take the bins out on the street. If you will check in on or after the garbage service date, kindly please help us roll the bins back. - Maximum 2 well trained pets(Dogs only) will be allowed during your stay. Pre-approval will be needed. Please correctly indicated the pet number in your reservation, and extra per stay cost will be applied automatically. All pets are not allowed to stay or to be on the bed and sofas . - This house is built with septic system, and that's why we charge extra for big group due to septic maintaining costs. Please do NOT flush anything into the toilet except for the toilet paper, even thought is it said flushable. Also please do NOT dump food waste in the sink. Please use kitchen sink for LIQUID only and use garbage bins for food waste. It will be very hard for septic pumps to deal with grease. - There is a white remote controller that helps the entire house ventilate. Please make sure at least one window open during the ventilation process. It needs inflow to keep the system running, also the window opening will help avoid air tight to make sure stay safely. - Please always check for safety concerns before let your kids on the backyard play structure. - This house is using a Tilt-Up Canopy Garage Door. It does not have sections but as whole. It will extend past the front of the house when the door is open. Please make sure no kids/pets/cars park or stand right in front of the door. - If guests are using this property as a monthly rental, we will provide initial/set up consumable supplies, such as coffee/tea/paper etc. Guests can stock up anything they used up during their stay. Please use utilities at a reasonable level, owner will cover up to $350 w/s/e/g per month. Excessively waste of utilities will be deducted from guests. Cleaning during longer stay period can be arranged at guests' costs. Disclaimer: This home is currently on the market for sale.
