Your base camp for outdoor recreation in the Payette National forest that offers everything you need to come back to after a day of skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling in winter or swimming, boating and beaching in the summer. This is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also our home when we stay in McCall, please be respectful of the property. We've set up the condo to make it as comfortable and convenient as possible. We provide a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have Roku TV where you can log in to any of your own streaming apps or news channels and WiFi to keep everyone entertained in the evenings. Other things to note: We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy condo. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation! House Rules ● Check-in is any time after 4:00pm, unless changed by host/guest with approval ● Check-out no later than 10:00am, unless changed by host/guest with approval ● This is an Airbnb community not a hotel and is also our home when we stay in McCall, please be respectful of the property. ● No shoes within the condo. There are trays inside the front door to place wet boots and shoes from the snow in the winter ● Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. ● NO PETS ● No EXTRA ADULT or CHILDREN as overnight visitors. You will be charged per additional guest per night if you have more than 6 GUESTS per night of occupancy ● NO parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behaviour. Authorities and Airbnb will be contacted for your removal. ● Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by guest ● Accidents happen, please notify us know immediately of any accident or accidental damage, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure, the condo is thoroughly inspected upon guest departure. ● Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. ● Dishwasher must be started prior to departure. If dishwasher is not started, extra cleaning fees may be applied. ● PARKING: parking is provided in front of condo, space 101. In the winter, you may not be able to see this marking on pavement ● Please take out the trash from kitchen before you depart, the dumpster is located behind the condo unit, Take a right out the door, walk to end of condo unit, take another right, walk to the west, away from the street, the dumpster is located in parking lot. ● Please acknowledge that we may leave consumables such as condiments We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. ● Please do not rearrange our furniture. ● Again, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also our home when we stay in McCall, please be respectful of the property.
