Nestled among 6 acres of lush greenery and overlooking a private pond, this quaint guesthouse makes you feel as though you’ve been transported to a little pocket of heaven. Only 1.5 hours from NYC and isolated just enough, this place offers a chance to truly get away and bask in the beautiful nature of the Catskills. Perfect for two people (max 4) looking to relax, this enchanting oasis boasts cozy vibes and beautiful views. The space The Enchanted For'Rest Treehouse is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city and those looking for some rest and relaxation. This apartment is rustic, unique, and ideal for those who want a simple yet special Catskill getaway. We guarantee exquisite views, cozy-ness, and peace and quiet. THE SPACE: The bedroom area boasts a comfy queen-size bed and a full-size bed, perfect for couples or a small group of friends/family. Keep in mind both beds are in the same area if you're concerned about privacy. The bathroom has a bath/shower with hot water. Keep in mind there is a sliding door that separates the bathroom from the bedroom. We provide towels, linens, and body wash. There is a full kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, etc. We provide coffee and water. There is WiFi and a cozy nook to work remotely if need be. THE PROPERTY: This property sits on a private pond and we offer up our kayaks during the summer that you can take out on the water. It's a natural pond and you'll be able to see beautiful lily pads and fish as you kayak along the water. We also have a nice little trail around the property. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises, a private porch to enjoy your morning coffee, and a big backyard to roam around. THE AREA: The cabin is located just minutes away from some stellar hiking trails, breweries, restaurants, cute towns like Narrowsburg and Barryville, Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (home to the original 1969 Woodstock music festival), skiing, and a beautiful meditation center. Just ask for recommendations :) Please note: - Pets are allowed, however, please give us a heads up if your pet sheds a lot. - Service can be a bit spotty in the surrounding area. If you need directions, download them on your phone before arrival and departure. - There are stairs leading up to the guesthouse. - Easy check-in with lockbox. - The guesthouse (where you will be staying) sits next to the main house (there likely won't be anyone in the main house during your stay but if you'd like confirmation, feel free to ask!) - We offer simple, comfortable accommodation - nothing more, nothing less. - There is no TV, but we do have WiFi. - Studio apartment layout.
