Downtown Lansing, the State Capitol, Sparrow Hospital, and McLaren hospital are all within five miles. The space The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, dinnerware and silverware, cooking utensils, wine glasses, can/bottle/wine bottle openers, vacuum wine bottle stopper, and all the basics necessary to make your stay comfortable. The smaller bedroom has bunkbeds with a full bed on bottom and single bed above, a closet, and LG Smart TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors and is stocked with plush towels. The vanity cabinet includes a hairdryer for your convenience. Starter supplies including toothpaste, disposable toothbrushes, toilet paper, and soaps/lotions are also provided. You will have access to two covered parking spaces within five feet of the entry door. The clear height under the carport is adequate for cars and SUV’s but tall vans or vehicles with luggage racks will need to park in the open lot. The unit has direct access via a secure Schlage Encode smart lock system utilizing a personalized 4 digit access code. A key storage box is also provided next to the entry door in case of a Wi-Fi outage. It doesn't get any easier than that!!! Other things to note College Park has an excellent location in East Lansing within a very short walk of CATA bus stops, grocers, restaurants, etc. It is located along Grand River Avenue, which is a busy road. Take care to ensure small children are properly supervised.
