Pleasant room in a farmhouse in a great location

Our house is located in a village 4 minutes from Nuits Saint Georges (SNCF and highway), 20 km from Beaune and DIJON. The old landscaped house retains its freshness in summer. A room is available with cooking equipment; in summer, installation is possible under the awning. Free breakfast: plant-based, vegan, gluten-free on request. Fruit and vegetables from the garden available, as well as eggs from the hens. Free secure parking. Transportation available from the train station to the house. Bike rental for nights. Please ask us. The space We live in the old village rectory. It is a restored longère surrounded by a plot of about 3000 m2. The front of the house through which you access and we too is at your disposal. At the back of the house the garden is shaded. In season, meals can be prepared under the awning: oven, electric cooktop, and grill or even a barbecue. Armchairs and table will also be available. Breakfast will be served under the trees on the family table in the cool in the hot season. You can eat there if available. Your room with ensuite bathroom is located at one end of the longère with a separate entrance. You enter the bedroom through a small entrance area consisting of a 7-step staircase that leads to your bedroom and another door that gives you access to the living/dining room for breakfast.
