The space The apartment was completely renovated in 2022. It is very spacious and bright, with high ceilings. It also highlights the excellent quality of its equipment: free Wi-Fi, 43" TV, fully equipped designer kitchen with top brand appliances (including a NESPRESSO machine with a welcome kit), plus comfortable beds and premium pillows. Two bedrooms are offered (maximum capacity 2 people in each) that can be booked together or separately (THERE IS AN AD FOR EACH ROOM AND ANOTHER TO BOOK THE TWO TOGETHER). - Bedroom 3: includes a comfortable single bed + pull-out bed, and a top-quality private bathroom (with access from the bedroom) (with LED mirror, single-lever shower...).  - Bedroom 4: includes a comfortable double bed and a bathroom for the exclusive use of its two occupants (adjoining room, but without direct access), also being of top quality (with LED mirror, single-lever shower...). Both rooms include: 1) extra-quiet air conditioning equipment (cold and heat); 2) wardrobes with sliding doors and large mirrors; 3) work desks with comfortable adjustable chairs; and  4) beds equipped with 100% cotton sheets and lightweight Nordic duvets: The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a top-quality stay: a 43" 4K LED TV with international channels, comfortable sofas in the living room, a fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerators, microwave, oven, washing machine, etc.) and a NESPRESSO machine with a welcome kit (coffee, milk, and cookies). In addition, if necessary, an iron, ironing board, clothesline and cleaning supplies are available. Guest access The house has 4 bedrooms (2 of them are not offered for rent) and its owner (born in Seville) speaks perfect English and knows the best places to make the most of this unique city.
