You will be close to everything when you stay at this nice home in Carrollwood. Enjoy the privacy of the fenced backyard with no neighbors in the back. Want to grill? We have a grill you can use for free, just don't burn the house down please. Get comfortable in the big hammock for 2 people. No smoking allowed in the house, but you can in the screened lanai. Here you will be 2 mins from Publix , AMC, Star Bucks, 10 mins from the airport, the Bucs stadium, close to restaurants and entertainment. The space This house is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood in Carrollwood. The property has a nice curb appeal. Once you go in you will see the Living room with a big screen tv, then you have the dinning table for 4 people. The living room and every room have a Firestick and cable. There are 2 stools at the kitchen bar if you need to accommodate more people or if you simply want to use the stools instead of the dinning table. You will have a full kitchen if you like to use it. The faucet in the kitchen comes from a water filter under the sink. The kitchen also comes with everything you may need other than food. Things that you may need like a coffee maker, a blender, rice maker...we got them for you. The master bedroom has a beautiful private bathroom and the second and third bedroom share a bathroom. Both bathrooms have been remodelled in 2022. Host is local in case there is an emergency or anything goes wrong with the house, he will be able to quickly assist. Guest access Guests will have full access to the full house, the florida room, the hammock, and the patio, except to the garage. There is space in the driveway to park two cars comfortably in the front and one in by the mailbox. Guest will also have permission to eat from the Mango and Avocado trees if there are any fruits. Guests will not have access to the garage. Other things to note Guests are to use the hammock at their own risk. The hammock is for 2 people. however that may change depending on the guests weight. I has hold two people that weighted about 325 pounds between the two. Property also counts with Tv in the living rom and in every bedroom Firestick, Roku and local cable through the Spectrum app. Also for your convenience the property has an electronic lock which combination gets changed after every guest and and the home has an alarm which also gets changed often for your safety. Codes will be given at check in.
