Guidelines will be provided. * Milford also allows Golf Carts. You'll see plenty, and some will even give rides uptown. Not sure but a thumb and a leg out in the roadway may do the trick. Private unit with front porch keycode access. Free on-street parking. Driveway for loading/unloading. Parking is usually not an issue except some Saturdays and planned events like fireworks, Octoberfest street art shows, etc. Guests who enjoy privacy will appreciate this listing. Your entry is on the front porch. The Estate Studio has a separate entry. And my unit, the Estate Flat, has its entrance at the back of the property. You will love our historic business district which begins at our location and runs five blocks to the west. Make it a point to go for a walk during business hours! You can see the Chocolate Store from your window. There is a Fresh Market just out of view, a Donut Shop two blocks, a coffee shop across from an Ice Cream Parlor three blocks, a Wine Bar and Italian Restaurant four blocks, and a Brewery backs up to the river at five blocks.The family owned specialty stores and art galleries scattered along the way will add the finishing touches to your walk down Main Street America. Milford is a pretty neat town, you should come for a visit. We are in a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA). So you can walk around with your favorite beverage in a designated cup. We are fewer than 30 minutes from all of Cincinnati's attractions. Cincinnati Bengals, Kings Island, Western Southern ATP Tennis, Reds, UC Bearcats, Xavier Musketeers, Cincinnati Zoo, Bengals, Coney Island, NKU Norse, and three casinos including Beltera Raceway. We are on the bus route that heads west to Downtown Cincinnati. Check out Mariemont along the way. If you like short road trips head to Eden Park, Mt. Adams, Mt. Lookout, Hyde Park and Oakley Square. You will begin to see why our area is a great place to live and a great place to visit. Being a Loft apartment, there are steps involved. It's a straight shot from/to the street and the tread width does require more attention than normal.
