DINING ROOM: With window to the street, ceiling fan, 55"SMART TV with cable, 90 Mbps wi-fi and air conditioning that heats the entire apartment and ideal for doing remote work also has 1 set of full sofa, coffee table and 1 dining room with 4 chairs. A mattress can be placed on the floor in the living room with sheets, pillows and towels, for a fifth guest. 1.D. KITCHEN: The kitchen is 4 burners and oven, equipped with its gas ball, extractor hood, microwave oven, blender , rice cooker, coffee maker (French press) and with basic kitchen utensils, does not include salt, sugar or species due to health issues. 1.E.
