House of the Clouds

Casa Nubes is a house in the mountains, so the arrival is on a sloping street and some unpaved sections. Once you arrive, the reward is the beautiful panoramic view of the city and the mountains of Oaxaca. Relax on your terrace with a heated pool with solar panels. Disconnect your worries in this spacious and quiet space, to enjoy with your family and friends, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The space The house is divided into 2 buildings, the main house and another section with 3 other independent rooms. The main house has: a master bedroom with a king size bed, a dressing room and its own bathroom; the other two bedrooms have a double bed each and a closet, both share a large bathroom. We also have 2 sofa beds. Full kitchen, pantry, service patio. The other 3 bedrooms have 1 king size bed, desk/dresser, space to hang clothes and their own private bathroom each. The house has a garden-terrace with a pool and a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. Internet service works in the main building, but not in the terrace rooms. Due to the location of the house and the surrounding vegetation, it is an area with a wide variety of insects and animals. Although fumigations are carried out periodically, we cannot ensure the absence of insects inside the house. Guest access The entire house with all its spaces, including garden, pool and parking, is for the exclusive enjoyment of guests. All closets are empty and there is a full service of towels, shampoo, soap and cream in the bathrooms. Other things to note It is located on the north shore of the city, surrounded by a medium-height fence and there are only two inhabited houses near the property. The person in charge of maintenance lives next to the house, outside the property, so at night he also serves as a watchman. The access allows any type of car or van to go up, although the first time it may seem difficult due to the incline, so someone will gladly accompany you to the house if you request it in advance. The house is located in a natural environment, so even though it is constantly fumigated, we cannot guarantee that it is free of insects, most of them are small ants, popcorn, beetles and some harmless spiders.
