This charming 1920s bungalow is tucked away on acreage just a short drive from the airport and all of the fun that East Austin and Downtown have to offer. You’ll be able to enjoy the shared plunge pool, sauna & gym space, views of downtown, direct access to a greenbelt with hiking & mountain biking trails, and some fun animals to make friends with. Great for nature lovers and those who enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy a secluded getaway in the middle of the city! Note: One of two houses on the property The space This renovated 1930s bungalow is one of two houses on our 3 acre property in East Austin. The houses are next to one another at the top of the property. This bungalow has 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom, a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and comfy living room. One bed room has a King sized bed, room has floor to ceiling blackout curtains, drop down desk and work area The other bedroom has a Queen sized bed and room darkening curtains. Bathroom has tub, blowdryer. Dining table seats three, bar top seats two Travel crib/small pack n play inside if needed Parking is just next to house Pool/sauna/gym are in the yard in front of the house, and are shared amenities with the other house on the property. Guest access Entire private home with access to shared plunge pool, sauna, and yard space. Other things to note Children are welcome, but not unattended in the pool area. No children in the sauna. We are not far from the airport, so you will hear planes flying over. We provide ear plugs if you need them. We have free ranging chickens and turkeys that are curious and accustomed to visitors. They will walk up to you for treats. NOTE: If you are planning on using our space for photoshoots or commercial work, a separate agreement will be required.
