The Loft is a mid and long term rental centrally located in Nanaimo, BC on beautiful Vancouver Island. Offering two bedrooms plus a large spacious loft boasting a 20 foot vaulted ceiling with four skylights and tons of windows, gives The Loft a grand look with a cozy feel. Fully furnished with a private fenced patio, located in a safe, residential neighborhood and steps from Diver Lake Park, The Loft has everything you need. The space The Loft guesthouse is situated on the same property as the owners and is attached to the main house. The Loft is completely private on the right side of the property with its own private fenced patio and entrance. Fully furnished, The Loft everything a house needs. On the main floor are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is fully equipped with a sink, toilet and rain shower head and stacker washer and dryer. As you enter The Loft from the patio, you walk into a beautiful kitchen and entertaining space surrounded by windows and gorgeous light. Heading upstairs is another 300 square feet of comfy couches, a queen-size hide-a-bed and smart TV for watching your favourite shows. The Loft has everything a house needs and guests can enjoy their space all to themselves. Guest access The Loft guesthouse is a completely separate house attached to the main house where the owners live. Guests have their own patio space and entrance and can enjoy their space all to themselves. Other things to note To make your stay extra comfortable, The Loft provides a starter supply of coffee, tea, shampoo, soap, and other essentials to get you settled in. If you need more during your stay, there are great local shops nearby to explore. For allergy and safety reasons, shellfish cooking and preparation is not permitted in The Loft. The Loft is our pride and joy and the owners are excited to share the guesthouse with guests who are looking for a more relaxing visit. The Loft is not suitable for parties.
