Local Ski Areas: Loon Mountain: 14 min Cannon Mountain: 21 min Waterville Valley: 27 min The space The house offers a "millon dollar view" with a spacious deck, open yard and cozy atmosphere. This two story home was built in 1941, and has been renovated with all the modern conveniences while maintaining the craftsman rustic charm. Outside there is a new salt water spa tub, as well as a fire pit. We provide wood for the woodstove so you can relax and take in the heat, or simply use the furnace. The bottom floor offers a useful Ski/Gear Room, fantastic for packing or unpacking from your adventures. There is also a workout area with free weights, bike, and yoga equipment. You can also take advantage of the "Man Cave", a separate building which offers Billiards, Table Tennis and Foosball, along with a bar area and high top table. A great space for kids of all ages to play some games and unwind. The Jack Golf Course and Bar/Grill is within walking distance, offering golf in the summer and snowshoeing and cross country skiing in the winter. With a view like this, it's no surprise that the house is built into a hill. Please make sure your vehicle has adequate winter tires. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property with the exception of locked spaces, and the bottom garage of the outbuilding. Other things to note This is our primary residence.
